Candice Shea Maxwell was born in North Carolina but has lived in West Virginia for fifteen years. She is a graduate of West Virginia State University. She co-owns a local Public Relations and Social Media consulting and solutions business in the Charleston area. In her free time, Candice writes; mostly fiction and poetry.
